Orion it is!

Humans are going back to the moon again between 2014 and 2020 and finally the space craft vehicle that will accomplish this task have a name: Orion.

But what's behind the name of Orion? Orion was a giant and a great hunter, the general belief is that he was the son of Poseidon, but there are other accounts of his origin. He was kind of a bad boy (bad giant, to be more precise) with tragic luck with women and goddesses... and Apollo didn't like him at all. He might be the one who tricked Artemis to kill him... interesting uh?

More on the myth of Orion here.

Also, there's this unorthodox theorty that connects of the Orion constellation with the Egyptian Piramids.

On the sad note, my favorite show on the planet has been axed. However, their producers want to keep it on somehow.

More about the spacecraft here.
