As you can see, the court is seized by Chavista members. There's no rule of law but puppets of dictator Hugo Chavez. The rule of law has been kidnapped in Venezuela by dictator Hugo Chavez. THIS is the court system who is deciding against the freedom of speech in Venezuela.
